Install supervisor on debian/ubuntu system via pip
Purge old and install via pip
apt-get purge supervisor -y apt install python-pip -y pip install supervisor -y
Create init.d script

Create supervisor.conf file

Create systemctl service

Enable and start supervisor service
systemctl unmask supervisor systemctl enable supervisor systemctl restart supervisor
